Luxembourg, 07/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Meeting on 7 June in Luxembourg for the final Competitiveness Council under the Luxembourg presidency, EU research ministers discussed the scientific contents of the 7th Framework Research and Development Programme (FPRD).
