ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

The Spanish electricity company ENDESA has received three offers for the total or partial purchase of the second-largest Spanish telecommunications group AUNA, of which it holds 32.8% of the capital. The hopeful candidates are KKR-GOLDMAN SACHS-BS PARTNERS, APAX-CVC-CINVEN and PROVIDENCE-CARLYLE-BLACKSTONE. AUNA is valued between 12 and 13.5 billion EUR.
