ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) materials

The French SAINT-GOBAIN has concluded an agreement with the Irish group CRH, which will buy its SAINT-GOBAIN STRADAL subsidiary for a sum in the region of 120 million EUR. STRADAL and its subsidiary SAE BETON recorded a turnover of 180 million EUR in 2004 and employ over 1000 across 24 production sites.
