Meeting of national bodies in charge of ensuring respect for airline passenger rights

Brussels, 19/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 13 May the services of the Transport and Energy Directorate General at the European Commission met the inspection bodies of the Member States, responsible for ensuring respect for new airline passenger rights, recently introduced by Regulation 261/2004 (EUROPE 8890). On this occasion the Commission sought to provide a balance sheet of which complaints conferred to these bodies are being treated following application of the new regulation. Information...
