02/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - A press statement indicated that on 20 April to 7 July in Brussels the European Institute of Public Affairs (EIPAL) is organising a high level night school course on Mondays and Thursday as part of the 20th teaching session for diplomats, company executives, consultants, civil servants and academics “seeing to orientate themselves in a more European direction”.
