Brussels, 02/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 30 April, the Banca Antonia Popolare Veneta (Antonveneta) shareholders' assembly elected the 15 members of the bank's board of directors. All came from the list presented by the Managing Director of Banca Popolare di Lodi (BPL), Gianpiero Fiorani; none of the members proposed by ABN Amro were elected.
