Strasbourg, 04/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Children must not be killed, said the Secretary General of the Council of Europe in a press release haling the decision by the United States Supreme Court (in the Roper v. Simmons case) to abolish the death penalty for criminals aged up to 18 at the time of the crime.
