Brussels, 04/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday in Brussels, the European Commission and Mexico concluded the first round of trade negotiations to extend the association and free trade agreement which entered into force in July 2000 (see EUROPE of 1 July 2000) to services and investments.
