04/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - MEP Jean-Luc Dehaene, erstwhile Vice-Chairman of the European Convention, will attend a conference on 22 March at the Institut d'études européennes de l'Université libre de Bruxelles on the challenges and prospects of the European Constitution. The event will be chaired by Professor Jean-Victor Louis, President of the Groupe d'études politiques européennes, and coincides with the publication of 'Commentaire de la Constitution de l'UE'.
