16/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Institute of European Studies (IEE) of the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) is to hold a conference and debate in Brussels on 25 February on the subject The Hague Programme and the European Criminal Area: Stagnation or Stimulus?, to coincide with the launch of the activities of the academic network of the European criminal area.
