16/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for external Relations, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, made a visit on 17 and 18 February to Ukraine, where she is expected to meet President Viktor Yushchenko, Prime minister Yulia Timoshenko and vice-prime minister in chargé of European integration Oelh Rybachuk.
