Luxembourg, 15/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - EU development cooperation ministers discussed, on Tuesday in Luxembourg, the means that the EU - the leading contributor to the world fund for the fight against aids, malaria and tuberculosis - may provide as an effective and sustainable response to the AIDS/HIV pandemic at global level and in the countries affected. It is indispensable to increase financial contributions to this fund (reconstitution of the fund's resources is foreseen in 2005) but...
