15/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 28 February- 2 March France is organising a forum. This will take place under the auspices of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development), the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the regional development banks. The forum theme is “Strengthening Development Aid Efficiency Together”. Participants, Jean-Claude Faure, French Minister of the Economy and Finances, Richard Manning, president of the OECD's development aid, Chris Hall, from the World Bank, and Philippe Benedic, director of the European Office of the Asian Bank for Development.
