27/01/2005 (Agence Europe) -The Irish Institute of European Affairs (IEA) will be organising on 4 February the first in a series of seminars on the prospects for ratification of the European Constitution in EU Member States. This initial meeting focus on the situation in Lithuania (first country to have ratified, through its parliament, followed by Hungary), Slovakia, Czech Républic and Ireland.
