Yushchenko's visit cancelled due to bad weather conditions

Brussels, 27/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The visit by the new Ukrainian President, Viktor Yushchenko, to the European Parliament in Brussels on 27 January has been cancelled due to bad weather conditions. Yushchenko was invited by the President of the European Parliament, Josep Borrell, to address the plenary on Thursday. Borrell regretted the cancellation and hoped the visit could be rescheduled in the very near future.
