27/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has appointed Charlotte Ruhe director of its Croatian office, which is located in Zagreb. Ms Ruhe has been working for the EBRD since 1995, and until recently led the funding service for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), states a press release.
