Brussels, 24/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The EU Fisheries Ministers gave their agreement of principle on Monday in Brussels to the idea of authorising premiums for the despatch of Community vessels (which were otherwise to be destroyed) to regions of Asia hit by the tsunamis of 26 December.
