Russian professional footballers legally employed in a Member State have same rights as Community players, Advocate General Stix-Hackl says

Luxembourg, 11/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Christine Stix-Hackl set out the conclusions in the Igor Simutenkov affair in favour of a Russian footballer that the Spanish football association refused to field in certain matches due to the limited number of third country players authorised on the ground.
