Brussels, 11/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has welcomed the unilateral decision taken by the Cuban authorities to rebuild relations with the European Union, according to a press release published on Monday. "The President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, has welcomed the development, which will help to open up new prospects in relations between the European Union and Cuba", he said.
