Partnership agreement signed with Roma and Traveller Forum

Strasbourg, 10/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg on Wednesday, 15 December, the Council of Europe (which is composed of 46 Member States) will sign a partnership agreement with the European Roma and Traveller Forum, a non-governmental organisation. The partnership agreement should enable the Forum to play a greater part in the decision-making process at the Council of Europe, which will be providing staff and offices for the Forum at its offices in Strasbourg.
