"Les Rencontres" association presents Green Paper on Cultural Policies and Regional Authorities in EUROPE

Brussels, 25/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Association of European Cities and Regions for Culture, "Les Rencontres", presented its "Green Paper on the cultural policies of local and regional authorities in Europe" on 24 November, in Brussels. The Green Paper is soon to be presented to MEPs as well as to those in charge of cultural policy within the European Commission and the Committee of the Regions.
