Libyan ambassador to Brussels expresses surprise at President Barroso's statements - Libya "still studying" conditions for its accession to EuroMed process

Brussels, 25/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Libya's Ambassador to Brussels Hamed El Houderi has expressed surprise that the affair concerning the legal involvement of the Bulgarian medical staff employed at Benghazi hospital, who are accused of having inoculated patients with the AIDS virus, was again raised by President Barroso speaking to the press on Tuesday (yesterday's EUROPE, p.6). Legal and bilateral problems (between Tripoli and Sofia) should not hamper the development of EU-Libya...
