Summit on 8 November to endorse strategic partnership

Brussels, 05/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The annual EU/India Summit to be held on 8 November, in The Hague, is to endorse the Strategic Partnership proposed by the European Union in New Delhi, and to propose an action plan for its implementation (on the subject of the European Commission proposal, see EUROPE of 17 June, p.15, and on India's reaction, EUROPE of 21 September, p.13).
