Brussels, 22/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Before going to Addis Ababa and Khartoum on Friday for talks with representatives of the African Union (AU) and the Sudanese authorities on the Darfur crisis, High Representative for CFSP Javier Solana welcomed the AU's decision to increase the number of its soldiers on the ground seven-fold to ensure compliance with the ceasefire in Darfur.
