22/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 18 October the Council adopted, without debate, a draft agreement between the EU and Georgia on the status of the EU's Rule of Law mission in Georgia, Eujust-Themis (see EUROPE 17 July), which sets out the rules for the two parties.
