22/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Following the positive recommendation by the European Parliament, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted, without debate, on Thursday, the regulation extending by a year (from 1st July 2004 to 30 June 2005) the protocol on a fisheries agreement between the Community and the Cape Verde (EUROPE 10 September 2004).
