Luxembourg, 19/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Luxembourg, the Council of EU Member State Agriculture Ministers adopted conclusions on the European plan for the development of organic farming. The 21 actions presented in June by the European Commission are generally accepted by ministers.
