The Italian investment bank MEDIOBANCA has announced that "foreign investors who are members of its shareholder pact will be able to increase their stake by 1% to 11% within this pact". Further to this move, the French groups VINCENT BOLLORE and GROUPAMA (insurance) are to increase their stakes from 4.99% to 5.5% and from 2.99% to 3.5% respectively, according to the French daily Le Figaro.
