SANPAOLO IMI is to sell 12% of IXIS ASSET MANAGEMENT and 2.45% of IXIS CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANKING, two newly set-up companies, in exchange for its 3.45% stake of CDC IXIS, following the latter's integration in the group CAISSES D'EPARGNE.
