Brussels, 06/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - As we previously announced (EUROPE yesterday p 4), on Wednesday the European Commission adopted positive regular reports on the two candidate countries currently in negotiations - Bulgaria and Romania - and it is defining a pre-accession strategy for Croatia with which accession negotiations are expected to begin "at the beginning of 2005".
