06/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Luxembourg, the Council of Ministers approved the conclusion of the new scientific and technological cooperation agreement between the European Union and the United States, which extends for five years the provisions contained in the previous agreement which expired on 13 October 2003.
