Green light to Altadis buy out of Etinera

Brussels, 06/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted regulatory approval to the acquisition of Etìnera by the Spanish logistics company Logista, belonging to the tobacco manufacturing group Altadis. Etìnera is the monopolist distribution company for tobacco products in Italy and is currently owned by the British American Tobacco group (BAT).
