Loan for D8 motorway section in Czech Republic

Luxembourg, 06/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has signed a loan with the Czech Finance Ministry worth CZK 8 billion (some EUR 250 million) for a 23-km section of the D8 motorway that is to link Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic to the northern border with Germany. The project will eliminate the final missing motorway link between Prague and Dresden and is therefore a top priority on the Czech and German alignments of the pan-European corridor IV linking...
