Sector says "machinery" directive could be worse but slams excess bureaucracy

Brussels, 06/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Federation of Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Companies (Orgalime) gave a circumspect welcome to the "machinery" directive concluded during the last Competitive Council (EUROPE 25 September p 7).
