Brussels, 06/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On a visit to Tripoli on 4-5 October, European Commission vice president Loyola de Palacio met Colonel Moamar Ghadaffi, prime minister Shoukri Ganem and minister of civil aviation to discuss prospects for cooperation between the EU and Libya in energy and transport, as soon as Tripoli has joined the Barcelona Process.
