Brussels, 01/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - No significant progress towards settling the quarrel over Airbus subsidies was made during Thursday's meeting in Washington between Commissioner for trade, Pascal Lamy and the US Secretary for trade Robert Zoellick. A US complaint at the WTO against aid to Airbus therefore appears increasingly unavoidable, even more so after Zoellick's spokesperson repeated on Thursday that the USA was determined to "pursue all options to end these subsidies, including...
