Javier Solana welcomes prospect opened by President Putin for ratification of Kyoto Protocol

Brussels, 01/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, High Representative for CFSP, welcomed the announcement made by President Putin that the Russian Federation would ratify the Kyoto Protocol (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.15).
