ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecoms

TDC, Denmark's biggest telecoms company, has make a 4.1 bn Swedish crown big for Swedish provider SONG NETWORKS (2.3 bn SEK turnover in 2003). TDC, quoted on the stock exchange for USD 7.8 bn, is bidding 70 SEK or 0.2577 of a TDC share for each SONG NETWORKS share.
