Brussels, 17/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The conditions set for renewed cooperation between the EU and Togo were the focus of talks on Thursday, in Brussels, between Poul Nielson, European Development Commissioner, and Koffi Sama, Togolese Prime Minister who had pressed for the EU conditions for resumption of aid to be relaxed.
