Luxembourg, 09/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice has found Germany guilty under European law for allowing some of its towns and districts to sign waste disposal contracts in breach of EU notification law. The 1992 European directive on public procurement of services states that all calls for tenders must be published in the Official Journal of the EC.
