GENERAL NEWS / (eu) finance

- The capital-investment company of Scandinavian origin, INDUSTRI KAPITALI, is to acquire the assets of the wholesale trade company, TERJE HOILI AS, and the franchise rights for the very low-cost distribution outlets, EUROPRIS and MAX20. Based in Norway, the three companies will form a new entity called EKSTREM LAVPRIS AS.
