- In Spain, BBVA - BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA has sold the 17.1% stake that it held in the capital of VIDRALA, a glass pane manufacturer, for the sum of EUR 44 million (i.e. 12.25 euros per share).
