- The Portuguese bank, BES - BANCO ESPIRITO SANTO, is to acquire from the German establishment, HVB - HYPOVEREINSBANK, the Spanish fortune administrator, INVERSION (EUR 750 million in assets under management for a 7-agency network), for the sum of EUR 11 million.
