GENERAL NEWS / (eu) eu/competition

07/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has agreed to the buy out of Aldis Service Plus, a French wholesaler, by German food product retailler, Rewe. Currently owned by the two companies, Rewe will buy up parts of Metro Holding. The operation was approved according to the simlified examination procedure.
