Brussels, 05/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission confirmed it had received the interim report by the World Trade Organisation (WTO) panel on the European sugar regime. Formed at a request from Brazil, Australia and Thailand, the panel gave an unfavourable ruling to be confirmed in a final report in September.
