05/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council decided on 19 July to establish regional advisory councils in the context of the Common Fisheries Policy. The decision, which fixes the general framework necessary for establishing seven regional advisory councils, is published in the OJ of 3 August and will take effect from 10 August onwards.
