Brussels, 09/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - In the context of the External Relations Council this Monday (see other article, p.4), the EU foreign ministers will generally take stock of the World Trade Organisation trade talks. The aim of the WTO is, as we know, to reach a framework agreement by the end of the month for finalisation of the Doha Development Agenda.
