Technical discussions ahead of 19 July negotiations

Brussels, 07/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The negotiators of the European Union and Mercosur (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay) met on Tuesday and Wednesday to discuss rules of origin, the recognition of appellations of origin for wines and spirits, phyto-sanitary rules and anti-dumping measures.
