Brussels, 17/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - In the Irish presidency's 24 page conclusions on Thursday and Friday's European council in Brussels, the European Union is expected to provide a fairly wide explanation on perspectives on the Middle East, notably on Iraq and the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
