Brussels, 17/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the European Council of 17 and 18 June in Brussels, the European Union of Craft, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (UEAPME) has called upon the Heads of State and Government to reach agreement on the Constitution.
